For returns, email us at the same address within 30 days of your purchase, including your reason for the return.
If we are unable to resolve your concern or provide further support, we will issue a refund within 7 days of receiving the returned item at our office. Please note that original shipping costs and processing fees will be deducted from the refund.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and processed as efficiently as possible. All refunds are granted at the discretion of Heist.
Our 30-day return policy applies exclusively to products purchased directly from heistclean.com. For items purchased through third-party retailers, their return policies will apply, and you're best off contacting them directly for assistance.
