We stand firmly behind the quality of Heist Watch Cleaner and its ability to deliver total satisfaction. However, if you’re unimpressed with your purchase for any reason, we have a hassle-free returns process:

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase.
• Products must be unused and in their original packaging.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective.

To initiate a return, contact our team with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide next steps as soon as our little fingers can bash them out for you.
